Pre-Run Routine

Not to be recommended for everyone, but this was mine.....

5 pints of guiness,
Coffee,
Water,
2 pain killers,

6hrs sleep.

2 weetabix,
2 pain killers,
2 Suduko,
Coffee,
Lucozade,

9 mile run.
